No, Wise Health Card is a discount program. Whether it’s through Referenced Based Pricing, or one of the many other discounts available to our members. The discounted amount is ALWAYS the member’s responsibility and between the member and the provider.
There are no restrictions based on age or geographic location with the exception that this is only for people under 65 living in the United States.

No. You’ll have access to all benefits when you print out your membership card.
For all cancellation requests, the primary member must sign the PandaDoc provided on our website. Please allow 10 business days after PandaDoc confirmation is received for deactivation of your membership and to complete the process to stop recurring payments.
Yes. New members can sign up 365 days a year.

For each five (5) continuous years that you are a member, and regardless of claims, you will receive 25% of your membership fees back.

Wise Health Card will refund any unearned premium during the current month, after receipt of PandaDoc cancellation.
Your PROVIDER must submit the claim to Wise Health Card, we will then process your claim through Referenced Based Pricing. Once processed, an Explanation of Benefits will be sent to you and your provider. It’s then the member’s responsibility to pay that amount to the provider.
Wise Health Card reserves the right to terminate any member at any time when it’s in the best interest of the Wise Health Card membership.

Regarding your MeMD (telemedicine) benefit. If you are needing access immediately after sign up, please call the following phone number, 844-800-7110, identify yourself as a new member with Wise Health Card. They will enroll you on the spot and you can then use your telemedicine benefit.
